The Jiangong Islet (traditional Chinese: 建功嶼; simplified Chinese: 建功屿; pinyin: Jiàngōng Yǔ) (also Jiangong Yu) is a tidal island in Jincheng Township, Kinmen County, Fujian Province, Republic of China (Taiwan).
Jiangong Island is a tidal islet connected to Kinmen by a pathway to the mainland that can only be accessed at low tide. The islet has a statue to commemorate Koxinga, also known as Zheng Cheng-gong, who is a celebrated Ming Dynasty admiral.

May 19, 2018 · The island is only accessible during low tide, preferably in the morning (you may check the recommended time of low tide everyday from the Kinmen tourism website). The Statue of Koxinga, aka Zheng Cheng-gong was erected on the island. Dadeng Island, Xiamen, PRC could be seen at the far north.
