AT&S Malaysia is an upcoming manufacturing plant in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah. It is by far the first foray of AT&S in the Southeast Asia, and the largest investment for the group.
The start of commercial production is planned for the end of 2024. Once completed, the AT&S campus in Kulim will produce IC substrates for high-performance processors used in high-performance computing, data centers, gaming, 5G, automotive and AI.
