Datuk Patinggi Puan Sri Hajjah Laila Taib (lahir sebagai Lejla Chaleck; 1 Mac 1941 – 29 April 2009) ialah isteri pertama kepada Ketua Menteri Sarawak ke-4 dan Yang di-Pertua Negeri Sarawak ke-7, Tun Pehin Sri Haji Abdul Taib bin Mahmud. Beliau meninggal dunia pada tahun 2009 akibat barah jantung.
