May 27, 2024 · The Fighting type (Japanese: かくとうタイプ Fighting type) is one of the eighteen types. Fighting-type moves are super effective against Dark -, Ice -, Normal -, Rock -, and Steel-type Pokémon, while Fighting-type Pokémon are weak to Flying -, Fairy -, and Psychic-type moves.
Fighting-type. The Fighting-type was introduced in Pokémon Red & Green in 1996. At present, there are 94 different Pokémon, including unique forms and Mega Evolutions, that share this type and 56 different moves with it.
