Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway (Chinese: 林倉祐大道; Malay: Lebuhraya Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu) or Federal Route 3113, is an expressway on Penang Island, that connects the city centre of George Town with Batu Maung at the city's south.

GEORGE TOWN: Works on the first project under the state's highly ambitious Penang Transport Master Plan (PTMP) — the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway - Air Itam bypass — have started and achieved eight per cent progress. The 6km bypass, to be built at a cost of RM851 million, is expected to be completed in 2025.
The construction of the Package Two bypass connecting Air Itam to the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway reached a 42% completion stage in January this year.
