The Datai Pledge is a Private Trust dedicated to improving the well-being of the environment, wildlife and local community of Langkawi. Initiated in 2019 to create a robust conservation and sustainability programme for The Datai Langkawi, the initiative aims to expand with future properties and locations.

The Els Club Teluk Datai is in partnership with The Datai Pledge to conserve it extraordinary natural surroundings. Effective 1 August 2023, RM10 will be added to green fees to support this initiative.
