Aug 29, 2019 · Being the fastest growing bubble tea chain in Malaysia, Xing Fu Tang will be opening the third outlet in Penang. The newest outlet will be strategically located at Bayan Lepas. Tucked in Persiaran Bayan Indah, the famous bubble tea chain is just three minutes walk away from the iconic Queensbay Mall.
Also, the fortune telling station is a nice bonus. Just pick one of the sticks and match the Chinese numbers to the drawers. If that proves too difficult, hand it to the staff at the register, and they'll open the corresponding drawer for you.
