Whalley Range is mostly lovely. Don’t judge Whalley Range on Withington Road. I live there and never feel any need to go there, it’s not exactly a high street like on other areas. Walk around some of the nicer tree lined streets on College Road, Carlton Road etc and you’ll get a very different impression.
