The Infiltrator is a competent crime drama evocative of several recent—and better—films of its kind, Argo and Black Mass, especially. But while director Brad Furman's (The Lincoln Lawyer) latest isn't as refined as those two, it makes up for its occasional lapses thanks in large part to its stellar cast led by Bryan Cranston. Worth a watch.
