General Information. This is an application to perform a search or an extract of the marriage register for persons who have registered their marriage. Application Requirements. Applications can be submitted at any NRD counter or by post to any National Registration Department office.
Applicants must be present with their spouses to the Bahagian Perkahwinan dan Pembangunan Keluarga (BPPK), Jabatan Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan (JAWI) by completing the Smart Marriage Certificate Card Application form and enclosing the following documents:
