Mar 23, 2024 · Never on time. Delayed my flight by 2 days and after that once we reach airport flight got further delayed by 2 hours making total waiting period of close to 8 hrs for me. Besides, customer service is pathetic and lousy. No prompt response and no compensation for such time waste.
Oct 30, 2017 · As my experience with Batik Air Business Class just for several times, I think the meals are good. Both choices offered during the flight were good options for the passengers. For the passenger service during arrival at Medan, since the plane did not connected to the passenger bridge, Batik Air prepare car for the business class passengers.

Nov 18, 2017 · Batik Air Business Class 5. My fifth flight with Batik Air business class was fine. As I visited Batik Air lounge at Soetta Airport, the menu are still the same (see pictures). There were many passengers who sit in the lounge. Entering the plane, I got the seat with broken control on footrest extend (see picture).
