Sep 30, 2023 · It would not stay open. Windows key worked but not the actual search bar. It sounded like a problem with the search engine Bing. Even though I had Chrome set to the default browser, Edge would open with Bing search engine. So, I removed Bing from it and put Google as the default search engine on Edge. Guess what, the search bar now works!
