Oct 23, 2023 · Dylan Clark was tragically struck and killed by a vehicle while riding an e-bike on Sunday on Interstate 590 in Brighton. According to the New York State Police, Clark,31, was hit at about 8 p.m. between Elmwood and Highland avenues. The crash remains under investigation.
