Jun 27, 2008 · An Act to establish an Australian Film Commission. This Act may be cited as the Australian Film Commission Act 1975. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act shall come into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent. (2) Part VI shall come into operation on a date to be fixed by Proclamation.
