Choose a developer account type. Google Play offers two developer account types: Personal and Organization. Personal and organization accounts have access to the same functionality and are able to monetize on Google Play using a payments profile. Developer account for personal use. Choose a personal account if your account is for personal use.
To see your app bundles and APKs: Open Play Console and go to the App bundle explorer page (Release > App bundle explorer).; The App bundle explorer page features a version filter on the top right of the page, which you can use in conjunction with the three tabs (Details, Downloads, and Delivery) to explore different versions and configurations of your app’s APKs on different devices.
In any web browser, go to admin.google.com. Starting from the sign-in page, enter the email address and password for your admin account (it does not end in @gmail.com). If you forgot your password, see Reset your administrator password. An admin account has privileges to manage services for other people in your organization.

Discard any saved releases before they are sent for review. You can publish your approved changes, even if other changes are still in review. You can turn Managed publishing on or off at any time, even if there are changes in review or ready to publish. Easily see if Managed publishing is turned on in the left-hand navigation menu.
