   Philippine Airline cancelled our flight. Due to this, we missed connection flight from Manila to Greenland. No compensation from Philippine Airline, or any help to rebook new plane tickets. We were delayed more than 24 hours to our end destination and had extra cost of 1300 USD to rebook per plane tickets.

   Jan 6, 2020 · TOTAL disregard to customers. This entire trip, PAL has continued to disappoint and had made every flight a living HELL. First, without any notice, they are moving my teenaged daughter away from my seat. Moved flights and changed schedules last minute and made us stay on the plane for 2 hours before finally taking off.

   Nov 21, 2017 · Vastly better than AirAsia. SO MUCH better than AirAsia. The flight was almost on time and the staff were very clear communicating their intended departure timing and procedures.    Avoid Philippine airlines. Avoid Philippine airlines if you have any other choice. Flight was delayed & staff was unhelpful. In addition, they were forcing people to purchase outbound tickets or they would not let them board. I fly international 2-3 times a month and have flown into PH 3x before and this is unheard of. Terrible airline.
