I took a flight with transnusa. It got delayed from 5 to 6 to 9 to 10 to 11:10. Absolutely atrocious. The personnel was massively unfriendly, and was looking at their phones while saying to each other "you take the customer" - "nah, you take him; I'm bored". The airline is unreliable and not worth the cheap
