If there are multiple rooms, in the pop-up, click Choose your room. In the conference room you’re in, click Check-in. After the meeting starts, check into your conference room in Companion mode: In Companion mode, at the bottom left, click your meeting name. In the dialog box, click Check-in.
Rejoin the video meeting. Allow Google Meet to access your microphone. To use your microphone in Chrome, Meet needs permission. You're asked to allow access the first time that you join a video meeting. To allow Meet to use your camera and microphone: While in a meeting, go to the address bar and click Camera . Select Always allow Done.
