Concert Band. Since opening in 2002, the Carlton J. Kell School band program has quickly established a reputation for musical excellence. The three-tiered concert band program includes the Wind Symphony, the Symphonic Band, and the Concert Band. Since the opening of the school, the Kell band program has grown to over 200 students in grade 9-12.
