Dr. Singer was awarded the OBE (Officer of the Order of the British Empire) in the 2020 Queen's Birthday Honours List for his services to Anthropology and the Documentary Film Industry. He was Chief Executive Officer and Creative Director of Spring Films in Richmond, Surrey, England.
