Earl Baldwin of Bewdley is a title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom. It was created in 1937 for the Conservative politician Stanley Baldwin, who had served as MP for Bewdley from 1908 to 1937 and was Prime Minister of the United Kingdom three times (from 1923 to 1924, from 1924 to 1929 and from 1935 to 1937).

The 4th Earl Baldwin of Bewdley, who has died aged 83, combined a gentle, unassuming manner with strong convictions, working devotedly for the causes in which he believed. As Stanley Baldwin’s only grandson in the male line, Edward Baldwin was always acutely conscious of his heritage.
Baldwin was born on 3 January 1938. [3] [4] He was the only child of Arthur Baldwin, 3rd Earl Baldwin of Bewdley and the former Joan Elspeth Tomes (1901–1980).[4] [5] His paternal grandparents were Lucy Baldwin and Stanley Baldwin, 1st Earl Baldwin of Bewdley, three-time Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. Stanley Baldwin, 1st Earl Baldwin, (born Aug. 3, 1867, Bewdley, Worcestershire, Eng.—died Dec. 14, 1947, Astley Hall, near Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire), British politician. After managing his family’s large industrial holdings, he became a Conservative member of the House of Commons (1908–37).
