Lucki Stipetic was born in 1947 in Aschau, Germany. He is a producer and production manager, known for Aguirre, the Wrath of God (1972), Fitzcarraldo (1982) and Cobra Verde (1987).
Hartwolf "Lucki" Stipetić (also Lucki Herzog) is a German film producer, and the younger half brother of filmmaker Werner Herzog. Stipetić is the official head of Werner Herzog Filmproduktion, the production company which has produced almost all of Herzog's films.
At the end of 2009, Lucki Stipetić, the director’s brother and business manager of the Werner Herzog Film GmbH, gave the company’s production archive to the Deutsche Kinemathek. The archive was expanded and enhanced with numerous documents in the summer of 2012.
