The Faculty of Economics and Business Administration was founded in 1998 first as the Faculty of Economics. In 2011, it was renamed into the Faculty of Engineering and Economics.
In 2011 Cabinet of Ukraine founded Kryvyi Rih National University by uniting Technic University, [2] State Pedagogical University, Institute of Economics and also Institute of Metallurgy (a branch of National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine at that moment).
