Charo Santos-Concio was born on 27 October 1955 in Legazpi City, Albay, Philippines. She is an actress and producer, known for Dirty Affair (1990), Whether the Weather Is Fine (2021) and The Woman Who Left (2016). She is married to Cesar Concio. They have two children.
