The company, a division of Mediacorp Group, was established on 1 August 1998. It financed The Truth About Jane and Sam, produced by Hong Kong's Film Unlimited and directed by Derek Yee.

Oct 21, 2009 · SINGAPORE - Man Shu Sum (pictured) has rejoined MediaCorp as managing director of MediaCorp Raintree Pictures. Man was previously chief executive of Mark Burnett Productions Asia which he joined in March 2008 following a three-year stint at the Media Development Authority (MDA) of Singapore.
In 1998, Yun became the vice-president of Production 5 at TCS. In the same year, he became the CEO of Mediacorp Raintree Pictures. [1] [2] In 2015, Yun co-produced, co-wrote and co-directed 1965 (2015). In 2016, Daniel founded Blue3 Asia with the YDM Global Company. [3]
