Jul 12, 2023 · Mikael Shields is the founder and CEO of Acamar Films. He is best known for developing and producing the multi-award winning animated series Bing, based on the books by Ted Dewan. Prior to founding Acamar Films, Shields held positions at the BBC as well as EVA Entertainment, Atom Films and Ealing Studios.
Mikael Shields is an Emmy-Award winning and BAFTA nominated Producer, Writer and Voice Director with over 30 years experience of leading international teams in the television and film industry.
He is the Producer, Series Voice Director and leads the writing team on Acamar’s hit pre-school series Bing.
