Animator/director Jack Kinney spent the bulk of his long career working for Walt Disney beginning in 1931. Kinney started out as an animator but became a director of cartoon shorts in the 1940s. He also worked on many of Disney's animated features including Pinocchio (1940), Dumbo (1941) and The Three Caballeros (1945).
