Jail Breakers ( Korean : 광복절 특사; RR : Gwangbokjeol teuksa) is a 2002 South Korean comedy film directed by Kim Sang-jin and starring Sol Kyung-gu, Cha Seung-won and Song Yoon-ah.
Wanting to be included in the Independence Day Special Pardons list, Jae-Pil ( Sol Kyung-Gu) diligently leads an exemplary prison life. Just when he's set to get out and marry the love of his life, Kyoung-Soon comes for a visit and drops the bomb that she will be getting married to someone else!

Jae-pil leads an exemplary prison life hoping to be included on the Special Pardons list and released. After stealing bread and not being able to produce his ID to the police, Moo-suk is sent straight to jail. Feeling that his charges are unjust, Moo-suk makes numerous, unsuccessful escape attempts. Finally he completes an escape tunnel.
