Carlo S. Hintermann is an Italian-Swiss filmmaker and producer. After studying classical percussion and Film History in Italy, he went to study film directing in the US helming several shorts while working as second unit director and coordinator.

Carlo Hintermann è un regista, sceneggiatore, direttore della fotografia e tecnico del suono italiano. Come regista, sceneggiatore e direttore della fotografia ha firmato con altri autori il documentario del 2002 Rosy-Fingered Dawn - Un film su Terrence Malick.
