Jack Dyer Crouch II (born July 1, 1958) is an American diplomat and national security adviser. Since 2014, he has been president and chief executive officer (CEO) of the United Service Organizations (USO).

Dr. Jack Dyer Crouch II was confirmed by the Senate on May 21, 2004, and sworn into office as the U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Romania on May 28, 2004. He was formerly Associate Professor of Defense & Strategic Studies at Southwest Missouri State University.
