First Landing offers boating, swimming, nature and history programs, hiking, biking, picnicking, a boat launch, cabins and 19 miles (31 km) of trails on 2,888 acres (11.69 km 2 ).

Feb 2020. Highly recommend visiting this park bisected by Rte 60 (Shore Drive). The bay side has beach access and views of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, but our group opted for the opposite side of the street, trail side. We hiked the Bald Cypress and Osmanthus Trails.
