Mokhzani,63, served as director of Maxis since its listing on Bursa Malaysia in 2009, and as chairman of the board since April 22, 2021. ALSO READ: Maxis posts strong 1Q net profit of RM353mil.
The businessman was summoned by MACC and given 30 days to declare his assets, both in Malaysia and abroad. He is investigated under the MACC Act and the AMLATFPUAA for his alleged involvement in his father's corruption cases.
