Xavier Pascual i Vives, commonly known as Xavi Pascual, (born 9 September 1972) is a Spanish professional basketball coach who is the head coach for Zenit Saint Petersburg of the VTB United League.

Inicios en el baloncesto base. Xavi Pascual inició la etapa como entrenador en la categoría de minibásket del CB Gavà (1990-91), club en el que estuvo vinculado hasta 1994.

Pascual soon took over the head coaching seat and kept it for eight years. He also coached Panathinaikos OPAP Athens before joining Zenit midway through the 2019-20 campaign.
