Richard Li Han-hsiang (Chinese: 李翰祥; pinyin: Lǐ Hànxiáng; 7 March 1926 in Jinxi, Liaoning – 17 December 1996 in Beijing) was a Chinese film director. Li directed more than 70 films in his career beginning in the 1950s and lasting till the 1990s.
Li arrived in Hong Kong in 1948 and began his career as a contract actor and set designer. In 1954, he directed "Blood in Snow" which won critical acclaim and paved the way to his career with Shaw Brothers. Li made over 70 films in his lifetime and was particularly adept in Huangmei opera movies.

Mr Li Han Hsiang. 1926-1996. Director Li Han Hsiang was born in Liaoning and grew up in Beijing. He studied Western painting at the National Peking Art School and theatre in Shanghai. Li moved to Hong Kong in 1948, where director Shen Fu referred him to the acting school of Yung Hwa Motion Pictures.
