Surviving a shipwreck, a sailor arrives on a island after days at sea. He soon discovers he's not alone as he meets a scientist and his helper who live there. During his stay he hears strange animals call in the forests surrounding the house grounds. The Dr has been experimenting on animals trying to make them more human.
