Doraemon: Nobita and the Kingdom of Clouds (ドラえもん のび太と雲の王国, Doraemon Nobita to Kumo no Ōkoku), also known as Doraemon and the Kingdom of Clouds, is a feature-length Doraemon film which premiered on March 7, 1992, in Japan, based on the 12th volume of the same name of the Doraemon Long Stories series.
Doraemon launches its ecological adventure to save Earth from a terrible threat with Nobita and his whole gang. This time Doraemon used his inventions to create, along with Nobita, his own world in the sky, a giant cloud.

Doraemon: Nobita to Kumo no Oukoku. During class, Nobita questions the teacher where heaven is located when he was being taught about clouds. Being laughed at, Nobita looks for proof that a heavenly place exists on the clouds, but was explained by Doraemon that it cannot exist scientifically.
