Richard Jonckheere (born 20 January 1963), better known by his stage names Richard23 and Richard JK, is a Belgian musician. He has been a member of Front 242 (which he joined in 1983) and was a founding member of Revolting Cocks (which he left in 1986, and later rejoined in 2016).
Back in 1994, Richard 23 teamed up with engineer / programmer Jean-Pierre Everaerts and La Muerte vocalist Marc Du Marais to release a nine-track mini-album “Free Tyson Free” featuring punchy computer generated tracks built from vocal sound-bites and screaming guitars.

In 1983, Richard 23 (Richard Jonckheere) joined the group as vocalist/percussionist. With this line-up, the band released many albums of EBM, gaining more popularity with every release (EBM stands for Electronic Body Music, a term first used on their album "No Comment" appearing on the inner sleeve but not used as or considered as a genre name yet.
