12 Nov 2015 · What happened after he hopped off the Vengabus? From big-scale international tours to lavish royal brunches, Roy Olivero (formerly Roy den Burger) lived the high life as part of late '90s/early '00s pop-dance group the Vengaboys.
After some auditions, Denise Post-Van Rijswijk, Roy den Burger and Robin Pors were added to complete the group. In August 1997, the group released their debut single "Parada de Tettas", followed by "To Brazil!" in December 1997 and "Up and Down" in February 1998.

In 1997 they decided to use the name to produce a pop group, choosing the Brazilian-Dutch singer Kim Sasabone as the vocal lead. After some auditions, Denise Post-Van Rijswijk, Roy den Burger and Robin Pors were added to complete the group.
