Marion Mill Preminger (August 3, 1903 – April 16, 1972), [1] born Josa Magda Deutsch [2] or Magda Deuth, [3] was a Hungarian-born socialite and philanthropist, best known for her work with Albert Schweitzer, and her marriage to director Otto Preminger.

The Schweitzer-Preminger Collection originated at Edgecliff College, Cincinnati, Ohio to honor both Dr. Albert Schweitzer, the famous humanitarian and physician, and Marion Mill Preminger. Preminger was a noted socialite and author.
Preminger and his wife Marion became increasingly estranged. He lived like a bachelor, as was the case when he met the burlesque performer Gypsy Rose Lee and began an open relationship with her during the mid-1940s.
