Vashon High School is a high school of the St. Louis Public Schools in St. Louis, Missouri. When it opened in 1927, it was the second high school for black students in St. Louis. [1]
Welcome to another wonderful year at The Mighty Vashon High School, go Wolverines. We're excited to have your children in our building. This year our primary focus will be Behavior, Attendance, and Grades, the B. A. G. Vashon is a school of Business and Finance.
Vashon High School is ranked #13,242-17,655 in the National Rankings. Schools are ranked on their performance on state-required tests, graduation and how well they prepare students for college.
Vashon High School offers a full range of college preparatory courses in World Languages, Math, Science, and English with a number of vocational offerings in the areas of technology, digital arts, health, woodworking, and wearable metals.
At Vashon High School, U.S. News and World Report’s Top Ten School, we are piloting 9th-grade Student-Led Conferences, an initiative that puts students at the center of their own learning. This aligns with the successful model already in place at McMurray and empowers our students to take ownership of their educational journey.
