An official eTranscript is an authentic, tamper-evident and legally valid transcript that can be issued on-demand to be shared anytime and anywhere. UCalgary eTranscripts are issued through MyCreds™ and they eliminate the hassle of paper transcripts.
Immediate processing. Your transcript will be processed and sent as soon as possible, within our five to seven day timeline. After final grades posted. Your transcript will be printed once all grades have been posted for the term you specify.
Please have transcripts sent to this address: University of Calgary, HNSC 2nd floor, 2500 University Drive NW. Official Transcripts can be submitted via secure file transfer site, such as Parchment, MyCreds, etc.
Official email transcripts need to be sent by the transcript office(s) of the institution(s) that you attended. The name of the transcript office varies between institutions, but common examples include the Registrar’s Office, Controller of Examinations, Student Records, or Admissions Office.
