What Is IBS. A system or method of building construction in which the components are produced in controlled conditions (in a factory or on a construction site), transported and installed during construction with the minimal use of workers on site.
This IBS Score Manual sets out the formulas, tables, methods, and examples to calculate the IBS Score for building projects. The IBS Score calculation shall be applicable only for superstructures.
