Second Chance (previously known as Paws Mission) was set up in Sept 2009 by a small group of animal lovers who came together to care for some abandoned puppies in Old Klang Road area, Kuala Lumpur. We started to build a simple shed behind a temple, giving Second Chance a base to shelter rescued dogs.
