Poetic Ammo (juga dikenali sebagai PMO atau Poetic Ammunition) ialah kumpulan hip hop Malaysia. Ditubuhkan pada 1996, ia dianggotai oleh Yogeswaran Veerasingam (Yogi B), Nicholas Ong Chong Quan (Point Blanc), dan dua beradik Chandrakumar Balakrishnan (Landslyde) dan Sashi Kumar Balakrishnan (C. Loco).
Yogeswaran a/l Veerasingam atau lebih dikenali sebagai Yogi B (lahir 14 Disember 1974) merupakan seorang penyanyi, penulis lagu dan penerbit rakaman Malaysia. Beliau terkenal sebagai penyanyi utama kumpulan hip hop, Poetic Ammo di mana beliau menerbitkan tiga album bersama kumpulan ini.

After the group went on what member Point Blanc called an “indefinite hiatus” in the mid-2000s, Yogi B continued to pursue a solo career – not just in Malaysia, but in India as well.
