It was first incorporated in 1972 as Perbadanan Ladang-Ladang Tabung Haji Sendirian Berhad and was listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 27 April 2006.
TH Plantation Berhad. THP currently owns 38 Estates and 6 Mills in the states of Terengganu, Pahang, Johor, Sabah and Sarawak in Malaysia as well as in Indonesia. THP is currently managing more than 97,000 hectares of land bank.

TH Plantations Berhad (THP) was incorporated in Malaysia as a private limited company on 28 August 1972, under the Companies Act 1965 as Perbadanan Ladang-Ladang Tabung Haji Sendirian Berhad. On 15 September 1997, the name was changed to TH Plantations Sdn. Bhd.
