The Perodua Kelisa is a city car from Malaysian automaker Perodua. It was launched in 2001 as the successor to the Perodua Kancil. The Kelisa was sold alongside the older Kancil, and both were eventually replaced by the Perodua Viva in 2007.

It was based on the fifth-generation Mira, codenamed L700, and came with either an 850-cc ED-DE engine that was also found in the Kancil and a 1.0-litre EJ-DE DOHC engine.
May 29, 2024 · There are 2 engine variants for the Kelisa, an 847 cc ED-DE and a 989 cc EJ-DE similar to the Kenari. Unlike the Kenari, the engine in a car this small and low leads to a rev-friendly pocket rocket. So much so that reviewers called it the Malaysian Mini.
