Apr 26, 2020 · There's another thread about this from back in 2015 that says if you connect Entourage to a mailbox via IMAP, you can copy the messages to that mailbox, then connect desktop Outlook to that same IMAP mailbox and see all the messages.

I updated my MAC OS software to Monterey v12.7.3, and now cannot access Microsoft Entourage Notes as a result of the upgrade. May 21, 2012 · Under Entourage in the Menu bar, select "Switch Identity". Do you see other Identities listed. If yes, try switching to see if you are in the wrong Identity. As Anax explained any mail that's on an Exchange server can be downloaded again into Entourage. Because of these odd issues you might want to start over in a new Identity.
