In 2024 she became the first swimmer from Monaco to qualify for an Olympic Games, finishing ninth in the 10km at the World Championships in Doha, Qatar. Claimed two top six finishes at the 2024 European Championships (5km - fifth; 10km - sixth) in June in Belgrade (SRB).

Originally from France, Pou is a naturalised Monegasque citizen and regularly competes in the colours of the Principality for the AS Monaco Natation club.
