How can I check the status of a Battle.net Shop order? When you place an order on the Battle.net Shop or any of our in-game shops, you can review it on your Transaction History page. Jun 14, 2021 · You can keep a check on your Transaction History to see if the purchase finalizes and shows as Complete. https://account.battle.net/transactions. Purchases can take up to 24 hours to finalize – though usually are much quicker than that. If you continue to have issues, you can contact Blizzard via ticket.
That was about 16 hours ago and the payment is still showing as pending in my bank, and my bnet balance. I have looked at their support site and it states that payment is usually within 10 mins, sometimes up to 24 hours but can be 1-3 days.
Log in to your Transaction History and check your order status in the dropdown menu below. Select a status. If there is no order, it means your payment attempt was immediately rejected by your payment provider. Clear the cache and cookies in your browser or try a different browser.
