If Reaper could get ult charge from self-healing, the devs would simply raise his ult charge cost by 40%. He gets ult fast enough as it is. Whether or not he gets ult charge from self-healing is not a factor to consider.

Reaper and Pharah are the only ones who can ult. With Bastion and D.Va, the glitch doesn't seem to work at all (i.e. they don't even get teleported). With Reinhardt, I've managed to pull off the glitch ONCE, but all my future attempts have failed.
Mar 21, 2021 · its aoe and locks reaper into a certain area so its only lethal to the heroes in this area but it gives you more than enough time to kill him before you die even with his lifesteal. maybe the lifesteal on ult could be 10% more. stuns still destroy him as well as shields and matrix.
When timed properly, Reaper can avoid potentially deadly attacks with this ability, such as Roadhog's Chain Hook, Reinhardt's Charge, or Cassidy's Flashbang. Try to anticipate your enemy's attacks and use Wraith Form before they hit.
